FINALLY A CONVICTION FOR SOMEONE INVOLVED IN THE ERIC GARNER CASE HAS BEEN CONVICTED, BUT STILL NO JUSTICE

Finally someone involved in the Eric Garner case has finally been convicted. Unfortunately for justice, the person convicted was not one of the New York city police officers who modern-day lynched Eric Garner on film.

Ramsey Orta, the man who filmed the gruesome murder of Eric Garner was sentenced to four-years in prison, after accepting a plea deal for weapon and drug charges. Mr. Orta claims he was repeatedly harassed by police since the film he recorded of NYPD officers killing Mr. Garner by a chokehold, was released to the public.
